We turn your regulatory obligation into a real investment in your team.
Training data disclosure is a regulatory obligation issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, aimed at raising the quality and effectiveness of training programs in private-sector establishments. At Altawthiq — National Training Documentation, we believe training should never be a mere box-ticking exercise or a log of training hours; it is a real opportunity to develop your team and create tangible impact.
That is why we designed an end-to-end path for you: it starts with diagnosing needs and analyzing the training gap, then designing and delivering the right programs, all the way to measuring training impact, documenting its data, and officially submitting it through the Qiwa platform with complete professionalism and reliability.
This way, your establishment doesn't just comply — it turns every training hour into a real step toward a more capable, higher-performing team.
Certificates accredited by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) for every trainee who completes the program.

The Training Disclosure Decision: a regulatory obligation requiring private-sector establishments to disclose their annual training data (plans, budgets, and trainee numbers) via the "Qiwa" platform by the end of each calendar year, with the aim of improving the quality of training indicators in the labor market.
Establishments with 50 or more employees — required to disclose their training data annually.
Establishments with fewer than 50 employees — may disclose voluntarily via the platform.
The disclosed training must be no less than 8 training units per trainee per year, and the duration of a single unit varies according to the type of training:
| Training Type | Duration per Unit | Annual Requirement (8 Units) |
|---|---|---|
| Courses / workshops / lectures (in person) | 2 hours | 16 hours |
| E-learning (online) | 4 hours | 32 hours |
The training data disclosure form is available from September 1 until the end of each calendar year via the Qiwa platform, and the data can only be amended during this period.
Failing to submit the disclosure report within the specified period exposes the establishment to a financial fine and regulatory accountability, as determined by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development based on the number of employees and the recurrence of the violation.
