Privacy & Digital Security Policy

The organization is committed to protecting beneficiaries’ data, maintaining confidentiality, and applying cybersecurity controls approved by the National Cybersecurity Authority to ensure information security and prevent unauthorized access, while fully complying with the Personal Data Protection Law and all relevant national regulations.

Technical Systems Policy

The organization is committed to using reliable and secure e-learning systems, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), electronic assessment systems, and digital identity verification tools, to ensure service continuity, operational efficiency, ease of use, and the availability of alternative technical contingency plans.

Training & Technical Support Policy

The organization provides continuous training, guidance, educational support, and technical assistance to trainers and learners through multiple announced communication channels, enabling effective use of educational systems and e-learning platforms, while ensuring technical issues are addressed within the specified timeframe.

Academic Integrity Policy

The organization is committed to implementing academic integrity principles within e-learning environments and preventing all forms of cheating, plagiarism, and identity fraud, while clearly outlining violation detection procedures, verification methods, and grievance mechanisms to ensure fairness and transparency.

Attendance & Participation Policy

The organization defines attendance and participation requirements for e-learning programs according to the approved learning model and applies automated electronic attendance monitoring mechanisms, including permissible absence limits and procedures for handling technical issues and accepted excuses.

Trainee-to-Trainer Ratio Policy

The organization is committed to maintaining appropriate trainee-to-trainer ratios within virtual classrooms in accordance with the standards approved by the National eLearning Center, ensuring training quality, effective interaction, and achievement of intended learning outcomes.

Compliance with National Regulations Policy

The organization fully complies with all laws, regulations, and instructions issued by official authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, particularly those related to the provision of e-learning and digital training services under the National eLearning Center.

Review & Update Policy

This document and all its policies are subject to regular review and updates to align with technological developments, regulatory requirements, and best practices adopted in the field of digital education.

Refund & Replacement Policy

Full Refund: The trainee has the right to request a full refund within (72) hours from the payment date, provided that the training program has not yet started.

Partial Refund: If a refund request is submitted after (72) hours from the payment date and before the training program begins, the trainee is entitled to receive only (50%) of the paid fees.

Golden Guarantee (Replacement Policy)

If the trainee attends the first day of the training course and finds that it does not meet their expectations or satisfaction, they are entitled to benefit from the Golden Guarantee by requesting to replace the current course with another available course offered by the organization at the same price value, provided the request is submitted immediately after the first day and before the second training day begins.

Certificates & Issuance Policy

The organization is committed to issuing completion certificates to trainees who fulfill the approved training program requirements in accordance with attendance and completion standards. Certificates shall include the trainee’s essential information and program details. The organization reserves the right to verify the authenticity of issued certificates and to revoke, suspend, or invalidate certificates in cases of violations or inaccurate information.

Electronic Assessment & Examination Policy

The organization is committed to implementing clear, fair, and transparent electronic assessment and examination mechanisms to measure learning outcomes and achieve training objectives, including defined passing criteria, grading methods, and permitted attempts — where applicable — while ensuring academic integrity and educational quality.

Personal Data Protection Policy

The organization is committed to collecting, processing, and safeguarding beneficiaries’ personal data in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law. Data shall only be used for declared purposes, while ensuring beneficiaries can exercise their statutory rights related to their personal information.

Intellectual Property Rights Policy

All training materials, educational content, designs, documents, and systems used through the platform are considered intellectual property of the organization or licensed rights holders. Copying, redistribution, publication, circulation, or use of such materials for any purpose is prohibited without prior written approval from the organization or the authorized rights owners.

Training Program Modification & Cancellation Policy

The organization reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel training programs when required due to operational, technical, or regulatory circumstances, while ensuring beneficiaries are notified within an appropriate timeframe and appropriate actions are taken in accordance with the approved Refund & Replacement Policy.

Complaints & Grievances Policy

The organization provides clear and announced communication channels for receiving complaints, feedback, and grievances related to training or technical services, while ensuring requests are handled confidentially, transparently, and within a specified timeframe, allowing beneficiaries to track request status and receive appropriate responses.

Accessibility & Usability Policy

The organization is committed to providing an accessible, user-friendly, and effective digital experience across the educational platform, ensuring compatibility with various devices and browsers, while continuously improving usability, navigation, and content clarity to support diverse beneficiary needs.
